Chapter 1: New Discoveries   


    Jane entered her new dorm room cautiously.  By nature she was a cautious girl.  She liked things to stay the same.  Same routine, same people, same places.  This was her first day at college though, and everything was different.  Nothing was familiar and that meant that Jane was highly nervous.  She had spent the last half hour just looking for her dorm and room.   She hadn’t even met her new roommate yet.
